We, and future generations, are indeed very fortunate to be the beneficiaries of the Angelo Tsakopoulos Family’s generosity and visionary thinking. When fully developed, this site will serve as a Retreat Center.
At this time, we’re in the process of completing our architectural plans in order to submit to the County of Placer for construction of our restroom building, a building equipped with outdoor type cooking facilities, and a covered, shaded structure.
Our immediate goal is to construct permanent restroom facilities in order to better accommodate the people attending the Easter picnic as well as other functions the churches or fraternal organizations may wish to sponsor in the near future. To accomplish this project, we’re currently working on raising $50,000.
April 2013 Update
We've begun construction on the permanent bathrooms. While they won't be ready for this year's Pascha celebration on May 5th, we'll have made some meaningful progress for everyone to see.
